Green Hills product licenses contain a "license serial number" that Green Hills Support and Licensing experts can use to help streamline licensing and maintenance contract lookup.

For MULTI 5.0.6 or newer, this serial number is available from the HELP menu in most MULTI components.  For example, from the MULTI Launcher, you can choose the "Help" menu -> "About MULTI Launcher..." which will display a dialog containing the License Serial Number.  

In MULTI versions earlier than 5.0.6, the license serial number is not available via the MULTI software component. Our Support or Licensing experts will need your address to find your associated license and maintenance information. Please include a PO number in your problem report, if possible.
